I have rented from you before Rentex Homes Ltd. (Les & Karen) and had a great experience. The building was very well managed. I rented from someone else last year and I was constantly being awaken from partying tenants and no manager ever cared when I complained. I don't want another place like that. For that reason I would like to rent from you again!! I am out of town for the summer but my sister and mother will be able to look at the apartment and since my mom is paying for it she is all you need. My sister is living in the building on 105st and 80ave. If there is a one bedroom coming up in that building that would be perfect.

The water is draining well and there is no more plug in my kitchen sink. I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to let you know how pleased I was with your two maintenence men (I didn't catch their names). They were friendly, polite, fast, ran the water long enough to make sure everything was clear, and they cleaned up after themselves extremely well. I'm very pleased with the prompt, efficient and friendly service. Thank you.
